　　中新网长春5月18日电(记者 郭佳)《中国教师发展报告(2023)》(下称《报告》)18日在东北师范大学发布。这是该校自2019年以来第四次发布关于中国教师发展的相关报告。

　　《报告》以中国师范生发展为研究基点，创新研发了原创性师范生发展研究工具，循证了师范生发展的历史规律，总结了师范生发展取得的成就，呈现了师范生发展的现实样态、挑战与影响因素。

　　《报告》调研覆盖部属师范大学、省属师范院校、综合院校、高等专科院校等各级各类高等院校大一至大四年级10万余名师范生，聚焦师范生角色认同、学习投入、专业能力、职业愿景等核心议题，并对特定师范生群体进行群像素描。

　　东北师范大学教师教育研究院执行院长李广对《报告》研究成果予以解读。他说，多年来，中国师范生规模持续扩大，结构不断优化。师范生在校人数逐年攀升、屡创新高，以2000年至2020年为例，实现了150多万到320多万的跨越式增长。

　　李广介绍，中国师范生政策吸引力高，角色认同感强。近七成师范生能够充分认识相关教育政策，深入理解教育家精神内涵，从教潜质、从教意愿、从教意志、职业使命感均表现良好，外部建议、个人兴趣以及政策优势共同构成师范生专业选择的重要动因，所占比例分别为63.57%、58.37%和33.58%。

　　此外，中国师范生学习投入多元，专业创造力凸显；师范生培养模式不断创新，就业形势向好。不过，《报告》同时指出，师范生发展存在从教志向内隐多重矛盾、学习投入行为多元偏差、学科转化能力多维不足等问题。

　　对此，李广提出了坚持长周期培养与终身追踪服务、拓宽素养基础与融合教师教育、高质量目标与大中小一体化、强化专业标准与提高吸引力、突出文化特色与学科前沿性等战略举措建议。

　　教育部教师工作司副司长黄小华指出，东北师范大学“中国教师发展报告”课题组形成的扎根本土、面向现实、指向发展的具有中国特色的教师教育领域理论成果，为国家未来教师教育改革与发展提供了科学合理的政策参考与客观真实的数据支撑。

　　东北师范大学副校长邬志辉强调，提升教师队伍建设质量离不开师范教育高质量发展，更离不开师范生高质量发展，东北师范大学将持续关注和追踪中国师范生发展问题，并期待与专家学者共话促进师范生高质量发展的未来愿景，共享教师专业队伍建设新成果，为新时代国家教师队伍高质量发展贡献力量。(完)
